This tour is truly unique and one of natures many wonders. Depart the lodge for a scenic flight see to the mouth of a beautiful river. Beach comb and explore while the tide comes in bringing with it thousands of Sockeye Salmon. Sight cast for chrome bright Salmon in shallow braids as they enter the mouth of the river. Enjoy a meal prepared by our guides on the beach after catching your fill.
In addition to RML's established helicopter tours guests can choose to go coastal clam digging or focus on aerial photography. All trips are subject to weather and conditions. Best options given daily conditions can be discussed with Ryan (lodge manager) while at the lodge. Due to our great location and variety of tours offered the hardest part will be selecting which adventure to go on first!
Casting for Chrome
Target chrome bright Salmon in a nearby coastal stream. Sight cast for these fiesty Silvers and Chum in gin clear water with a fly rod or conventional gear. Opportunities for Silvers on “top water” are available. This trip will excite any angler!
