<p>We had the opportunity to visit the folks at <a href="http://alaskaflyout.com/alaskan-fishing-lodges/iliamna-river-lodge" target="_blank">Iliamna River Lodge</a> this past September. Despite inclement weather, we found fantastic fishing on their homewater - the Iliamna River. This fishery is well known for their trophy Arctic Char, and in 3 days of fishing, we found plenty of them. They also have a healthy population of resident Rainbow Trout and lake-run trout from Lake Iliamna.
